The CPA Dude offers comprehensive accounting and tax-related services, including but not limited to Tax Planning, Tax Projections, Tax Filing, Bookkeeping, Business Formation, and Vendor Network services, designed primarily for high-ticket coaches and consultants.
Upon opting in, you agree to receive essential appointment reminders and non-marketing notifications from The CPA Dude via SMS text messages. These messages are solely for the purpose of communicating important updates regarding your scheduled appointments and services with us.

All services provided by The CPA Dude are subject to the fees outlined in the engagement letter. Specific payment terms, invoices, and payment schedules will be outlined in your engagement letter. Payments are dictated by the terms in the engagement letter.
We do not have any refunds on our services. If you are in a service for an ongoing service with an ongoing payment, you will need to notify us 30 days before the next billing cycle to cancel.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments and utilizing our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
The services and information provided by The CPA Dude are for general guidance only and do not constitute legal or financial advice specific to your individual situation. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on the website is error-free. The CPA Dude shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services or reliance on any information provided.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or your use of the website or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction. The parties waive their right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
