Work already included in your filing package does not generate a separate invoice. We explain and price additional work for your written approval before starting. Amended returns are billed separately.
There is no recurring membership billing or 12-month membership commitment attached to these standalone filing packages. The membership's assessment and early-cancellation fee do not apply to this standalone filing offer.

Questions, answered
What does extension-season filing mean?
Gold returns are scheduled after April 15 within the applicable filing period. Any included extension filing and your responsibilities are listed in the agreement. A filing extension does not generally extend the time to pay tax.
What does Black's reserved April 15 capacity require?
Complete documents by the communicated cutoff, a completed engagement and payment, timely answers, and filing authorization. Missing requirements can mean an extension is needed.
Can Diamond file by April 15?
There is limited availability after Black reservations. We confirm availability and requirements for your file. Diamond is not an unconditional original-deadline filing promise.
What does notice help include?
For Diamond and Black, it means initial review of a notice about the covered return for 12 months after filing, with next steps explained or coordinated. Preparing responses and representing you are separately quoted.
Are amended returns included?
No. Amended returns are billed separately, with your written approval before work begins.
Can I call whenever I want?
Black Tax Filing includes the private intake and return walkthrough calls listed above. Additional consultations are separately quoted. Gold and Diamond Tax Filing do not include private calls.
Does Black Tax Filing include working directly with Tony?
Founder-led planning is a feature of Black Membership. This standalone filing package includes the filing contacts and calls listed in your proposal.
What can I ask in group Q&A?
General educational questions. Keep personal documents and private details in your secured portal. Group Q&A does not add personal year-round planning to a filing package.
What if I want help with my books and tax plan all year?
